She didn’t give up when COVID affected her sales. She continued to bake and maintain the customer relationships that mattered most, even if it made business more challenging than ever before! Every day she battles with competitors, expenses for running a brick-and-mortar location as well as taxes on top of them all, which can sometimes feel like an insurmountable mountain.
