They do a lot of work for residential customers from prep work (salting driveways and walkways) and snow removal (snow plowing, snow blowing, and deicing). In the near future, they like to expand to commercial scale, expand the residential portfolio, and have more employees.

Jake is in charge of keeping customers satisfied and healthy with their purchases, Alfonso makes sure that invoices are always correct by adding up all the right numbers for each order he processes; Antonio takes care of employee relationships- making a perfecting combination of business partners.

Their biggest challenge while launching the business was finding enough products to supply their stores. Since there has been a nationwide shortage of material due to the pandemic. Additionally, they have had difficulty reaching customers directly by going door-to-door and market about their services like before when times were normal. But they expect to broaden their marketing platform to get their name out as soon as possible.
